Meet the Guardian team
Guardian Property Management honestly started as just a side gig. I was presented with the opportunity to manage 4 properties in Detroit Lakes back in 2020, and we started building from there.
We took over units for frustrated owners who were having communication pain points with their current property manager. I also kept seeing expense line items creep up on owners while rents stayed flat. The most common issues? Communication breakdowns and property managers not filling units.
We're a small company with 91 units right now, but we're different in a few key ways: our occupancy percentage stays high, we hire staff who genuinely care about the well-being of the properties we manage, and we give our owners their time back.

I come from a background in property management and marketing, along with several years running my own freelance videography business. During that time, I've helped brands grow their presence, connect with the right audiences, and scale in a way that lasts.
I'm big on building marketing that doesn't just look good—but actually works.
Outside of work: I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend Margarita (she's been holding it down with me for 5 years now). Otherwise, you'll find me playing the newest RPG, watching a good movie, checking out a distillery, or hosting a get-together (Halloween is our signature).
